Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic General Manager? We are seeking a Personal Assistant for 12-month parental leave cover to provide day-to-day operational support and play a key role within our Management team.
How you'll make an impact
On a day to day basis you will:
1. Manage email, diary, and confidential correspondence for the General Manager.
2. Organise agendas, minutes, monthly reports, and maintain effective file management.
3. Coordinate corporate travel, accommodation, and event preparations.
4. Process and reconcile expenses with attention to detail.
5. Undertake project work, research, and follow up on outstanding issues.
About you
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
6. Recent work experience within a customer service-based role
7. Strong administration experience
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude
9. Exceptional time management and organisation skills
10. Experience working within a dynamic fast paced environment
