Senior UX Designer
Location: Sydney, Hybrid
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of complex, high-impact digital tools used by clinicians, partners, and internal teams around the world.
This role focuses on improving access, workflow, and service experiences across multiple applications and services, shaping how users interact with critical enterprise systems.
You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business strategy to define standards, guide delivery, and ensure the experience across platforms is seamless, scalable, and human.
You hold a high visual and craft bar, ensuring every solution is both clear and beautifully executed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design across authentication, access, and workflow experiences.
* Shape experience frameworks, design principles, and patterns that enable cohesive, high-quality execution across applications and services.
* Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
* Manage multiple streams of work, aligning diverse teams through storytelling, design rationale, and structured communication.
* Champion design governance and ensure consistency with brand, accessibility, and compliance standards.
* Conduct and translate user research and usability testing into actionable design improvements.
* Document workflows and design decisions in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft tools to create clarity and traceability.
* Contribute to and evolve our ways of working, raising the quality and consistency of design practice across teams.
* Lead by example, coach peers, and bring a clear point of view on quality, craft, and experience design excellence.
Skills and Experience
* 7+ years in UX or Product Design within complex enterprise or platform environments.
* Demonstrated experience leading systems-level design and multi-application experience strategies.
* Expert in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
* Proficient in Figma, prototyping, Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft productivity tools.
* Skilled communicator who can inspire alignment and influence across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
* Balances pragmatism and ambition and can flex for delivery while protecting design intent and quality.
* Thrives in structured but evolving environments where governance, scale, and design maturity coexist.
