Key Responsibilities
* Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
* Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules
* Offer food and beverage
* Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
* Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests
* Be efficient in handling cash
* Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
* Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards
* Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales
Key Qualifications
* Previous food and beverage experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Energy and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
