About the Role
We've recently relocated into one of the largest Automotive Hubs in Ashmore, and we're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist / Service Advisor / Administrator to join our team at Gold Coast Car Electrics & Mechanical (GCCEM).
This is a full-time position based at our Gold Coast workshop, where you'll play an integral role in supporting our daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
* Schedule and manage appointments for our service and repair technicians
* Handle customer enquiries, providing updates on job progress and timelines
* Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database
* Assist with processing invoices and payments
* Order parts and supplies as required
* Provide general administrative support across the business

About You
* Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and client management software
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
