One position available in our Hotel of an Accounts Payable Officer and Receptionist Administrator.About You - To be successful in this role, you will need:A positive and motivated mind setExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong leadership and people skillsA working knowledge of Accounting Software - MYOB is desirableA working knowledge of Accommodation Platforms - RMS is desirableA working knowledge of H&L; is desirableA working knowledge of BASA working knowledge of GST & sales taxTasks and Responsibilities:Answering phones with a skilled mannerResponsible for entering invoices & accounts payable/receivableResponsible for entering accommodation, function and table reservationsPreparation of BASResponsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfactionRespond to customer enquiriesWork effectively to promote and increase customer baseOnly experienced candidates need apply.
Salary position on offer for the right applicant, 38hrs per week Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
