Job Description
Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
* Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
* Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
* Support clients' journeys as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation and training services.
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with:
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
