Administration Support Role
Harrisdale Senior High School seeks an experienced, dedicated, and professional individual to join our Corporate Services Team. As a School Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support and organisational abilities in a complex environment.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have strong focus on teamwork, self-motivation, initiative, and model excellent customer service delivery skills. You should have good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with our administrative team. Having a thorough knowledge of databases, records management systems, and financial expertise is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administration and management support for financial and human resources using Student Information System (SIS), Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance, and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
- Organise tasks effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain accurate and reliable records, reports, and databases.

Eligibility
Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. You must also obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting and consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
