Duty Manager/Bar supervisor
The Carnarvon Hotel is a quaint country pub, family owned 900km north of Perth and is the ideal stopping point on a road journey north or south of western Australia. The Pub sits right across the road from the fascine which offer sunset views and gentle breeze all year round the hotel features 10 motel rooms,TAB Beer Garden and restaurant.
As hands on owners we are looking for a duty manager/ supervisor that will carry on the direction and lead our small team. Carnarvon Hotel is a popular eatery with locals and visitors with an all-day menu, and we are now currently seeking an experienced Duty manager/ bar supervisor who is passionate about all things Food and Beverage, thrives on providing outstanding customer service and who enjoys working in an upbeat and dynamic working environment.

About You:
We are seeking a friendly professional who possesses the following qualities:
* Minimum 24 months experience in a similar role.
* Exceptional people skills.
* High attention to detail.
* A can do attitude towards work and loves working within a team.
* A strong knowledge of beverages (Beer, Wine and Cocktails)
* Current RSA, AHA food Hygiene course
* Must have or willing to obtain Approved manger (Red card)
