Home Care Specialist Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional tenancy and property management services, including:
* Property assessments
* Assignments of vacant properties
* Rental collection and handling arrears
* Condition reports
* Coordinating lease and rent reviews
* Exit procedures
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as government departments, clients, and relevant support agencies.

* Demonstrated expertise in providing client-centered tenancy management services
* A thorough understanding of residential tenancies legislation
* Relevant skills and experience in working sensitively with diverse customer groups with complex needs
* Confidence in interacting with various stakeholders, including vulnerable people
* A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature
* Previous experience working with MS Office programs
* The ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders
* A valid driver's license
