Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of operations — batching and loading concrete with accuracy, supporting daily site activities, and confidently operating plant and mobile equipment. No two days will look the same, and you'll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and growth.
Your day will involve:
* Producing quality concrete by accurately batching orders with our dedicated systems
* Safely operating a front‑end loader to prepare materials for batching
* Taking ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts
* Being actively involved in safety initiatives including pre‑starts, toolboxes and reporting
* Keeping the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping
What are we looking for?
* Genuine interest in the concrete industry — no experience needed as full training is provided
* Confidence using computers and working across multiple systems
* Flexibility, a team‑focused mindset, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
