Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
* Evaluate and adapt curriculum and lesson plans to meet the needs of all children, ensuring inclusivity and safety.

Goodstart Early Learning Moree is a 'Exceeding' 76-place service in a rural farming community that offers children the chance to connect with nature and develop environmental awareness.
Our play-based curriculum, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, focuses on each child's individual needs, strengths, and interests, encouraging curiosity and problem-solving.
We use the Storypark platform to keep families informed and track children's milestones.

Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
