We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Leader to drive business growth and client relationships in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, building executive-level relationships, and delivering high-value solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute sales strategies to win and grow key enterprise accounts.
 * Identify, pursue, and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals.
 * Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to design tailored solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Experience (CX).
 * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
 * Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements:
 * 15+ years' experience in sales, business development, or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
 * Strong understanding of F&A, HRO, SCM, and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs.
 * Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
 * Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
 * Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded.
 * Sydney-based, with flexibility and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
