**What we are looking for**:
As a Growth Marketer you know what data matters, and will use this data to inform your decisions around strategy, channel implementation, and optimisation efforts. You are able to see the big picture and look holistically at how each channel fits into a larger strategy.
In addition to:
- 1-2 years in a digital or technology-focused marketing role
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward
- Experience using customer engagement platform Braze, will be highly considered
- Advanced knowledge of marketing funnels, remarketing and conversion/app install campaigns.
- Technical-detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and an adept ability to self-learn and use initiative to solve problems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written, verbal, memes, etc)
- Fluent in an array of ancillary platforms useful to a digital and data champion (Braze, Amplitude, Segment)
**What will you be doing?**
The Growth Marketer will manage the marketing funnel as a whole, placing customers at top of mind and helping to define customers to help Jumbo's clients refine their target audience. You'll be joining a Growth Marketing team that sits within a wider Growth function, so you'll have some pretty smart people to collaborate with.
We use market-leading tools and platforms, so you'll have some of the shiniest toys to play with. And with trust and ownership embedded into our way of working, you'll also have the freedom and autonomy to shape your own opportunities and success.
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for identifying marketing channels, opportunities, and solutions that will effectively drive new customers to the relevant brand and increase revenue. By conducting constant, iterative tests to make sure your ideas work, you will improve engagement and conversation metrics throughout the marketing funnel.
**As part of your role, you will**:
- Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers as they relate to the client, and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation to drive revenue for the client
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify & define opportunities, shape solutions, design experiments, design campaign strategies, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Iteratively test and implement campaigns across various channels.
- Identify initiatives to improve business processes and accelerate growth through analysis, as well as operational execution
- Provide data-driven insights for key stakeholders and use them to develop future strategies to increase customer engagement
- Work directly with clients to develop clear workflows that add value, reduce administration and increase conversions
- Provide ongoing analysis of customer journey and communication touchpoints to develop and improve client relations and automation activities
- Participate/demonstrate work to clients via presentation or verbally to articulate product features and can propose solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data and Legal to establish growth strategies to support Jumbo's revenue goals.
- Work with the team to develop growth marketing strategies that focus on key business metrics in Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue (AARRR)
