What you'll do
Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and private business clients.
Deliver forward-thinking advice across the firm's extensive client base.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focussed on a client first mentality.
Drive business growth through your network and reputation.
Collaborate with Partners in tax, superannuation, and investments to offer truly integrated solutions.
Influence firm strategy and play a key role in Partner succession.
What you'll bring
CFP, FASEA (or equivalent) and 10+ years relevant experience.
Deep experience advising HNW individuals, family groups, and SMEs.
Proven ability to grow relationships and drive new business.
Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and driven to make an impact.
Leadership presence with a passion for developing others.
