Job Description:
We are seeking a Mobility Specialist to work closely with our partners, clients and candidates to deliver a seamless international deployment and mobility experience for our global talent.
The Mobility Specialist plays a key role in developing and expanding our Talent Mobility Solutions, working closely with immigration experts and the Leadership Team. This position involves collaborating with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for clients' prospective employees relocating to Australia. By partnering with selected sourcing partners, the Mobility Specialist supports candidate sourcing and facilitates the seamless mobilisation of talent into Australia.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills and expertise in Mobility, HR, recruitment, or customer relationship management—whether internal or external—to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with partners, candidates, and internal teams to streamline operations, maintain KPIs, and ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers and their new employees.
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, working closely with Immigration Business Partners and managing relationships with channel partners to meet client needs effectively.
* Understand business requirements, brief sourcing partners, and ensure only high-calibre candidates who meet both role and visa requirements are presented.
* Support sales efforts by attending client meetings and industry events, providing expert insights on mobility processes, and showcasing Talent Mobility Solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Extensive professional experience in global mobility, immigration, recruitment, or HR within the international mobility sector.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external clients, and consistently achieving positive results within established timeframes.
* Strong ability to collaborate within cross-cultural teams and drive successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including international partners and government entities.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, managing a high-volume case load, and addressing time-sensitive tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Advanced project management and document management capabilities, ensuring compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements.
