(pro-rata) 35% MGP Loading, Superannuation, Salary Sacrifice Benefits and leave loading Permanent Part time position working 32 hours per week, over a 7 day roster Eligibility Open to Everyone Overview The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is offering a position for an Associate Midwife Unit Manager in the YNLHN Midwifery Group Practice. In this role, you will assist the Midwifery Manager in leading midwifery care for a designated caseload of women during pregnancy, labour, birth, and postnatal care. In collaboration with other Midwife Unit Managers, you will be promoting continuity and consistency of care and encouraged to participate in implementing practice changes and undertaking service management responsibilities, including performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management; financial and supplies planning and monitoring. The Midwifery Group Practice works over five birthing sites in the YNLHN - Wallaroo, Clare, Jamestown, Port Pirie and Crystal Brook. In Yorke & Northern, we have established the continuity of care practice as standard. Dedicated to caseload midwifery, we will empower you to deliver the best possible care, with more hands-on involvement.
