The Opportunity As the Project Manager – Epoxy & Specialist Flooring, you will be the central figure for your projects, managing the process end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include: Estimation & Client Engagement Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for epoxy, resinous, and speciality commercial flooring solutions. Serve as the primary technical point of contact, engaging in client meetings and product selection. Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with builders, facility managers, and key industry partners. Efficiently manage customer invoicing and project documentation. Project Planning & Execution Take full ownership of project management from initial site assessment to final walkthrough. Interpret architectural plans and specifications to define project scope, including surface preparation and moisture mitigation. Schedule and coordinate in-house specialist teams and external contractors. Manage the ordering and supply of resins, aggregates, and specialised materials. Skills & Experience: Proven Experience: A background in project management or estimation within the epoxy or resinous flooring industry. Highly Regarded: Candidates with specific experience in Polished Concrete, Waterproofing, or Commercial Floor Coverings will be prioritised. Technical Literacy: Ability to manage complex timelines and understand the chemistry/application requirements of high-performance coatings. Relationship Driven: A strong foundation in customer service and the ability to navigate B2B sales cycles. Your Professional Attributes: Organised: A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple sites independently.
