Store Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive business outcomes for our store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building a culture that fosters engagement, productivity, and results-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product ambassadors within the store
* Enable and empower the Store Management team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for customers
* Coach the team to identify development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance
* Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for customers
* Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets
* Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make a positive impact on projects around the world
