Job Summary
Mascot Location, $75K + Superannuation, Permanent Position
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage sales contracts to ensure timely communication of contract consumption reports to Customers and Traders.
Process daily orders in the ERP system with accuracy in inventory, contracts, and costing.
Communicate order confirmations, backorders, substitutions, and pricing issues with Customers.
Coordinate internal Customer requirements as the main contact for order processing.
Oversee order releases to the warehouse ensuring special packing and delivery instructions are noted.
Manage shipping logistics including warehouse coordination, carrier scheduling, and invoicing.
Handle Customer inquiries, returns, and payment issues working closely with QA, Traders, and Accounting.
