Project Administrator
The NSW Government is undertaking a major project to replace the ageing regional rail fleet with new trains. The objective of this project is to improve safety, amenities, accessibility, and reliability for customers who travel from Sydney to many regional centres in NSW, as well as Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
This project will involve the maintenance of 117 rail cars, training simulators, and a maintenance facility in Dubbo for at least 15 years. The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the operations team involved in the Regional Rail Project.
* Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks, such as documentation, scheduling, and communication.
* Payroll: Process payroll for the project.
* Purchasing: Lead raising Purchase Orders and subsequent administration of payments and processing for the Regional Rail project.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
* Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.
* Documentation: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required by the operations team.
* Logistics: Assist with logistics management, including coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for the team.
* Facilities Management: Support the management and upkeep of the project's on-site facilities.
