Overview
In the Parts team at CLAAS Harvest Centre – Geraldton, we're excited to welcome a new team member to support our workshop team and customers with parts for our agricultural equipment range, which includes premium European brands such as CLAAS and AMAZONE.
Responsibilities
* Field customer enquiries regarding replacement parts for machinery and use serial numbers to find relevant parts.
* Talk to customers who do not have a serial number and ask the right questions to gather enough information to find the right part.
* Collaborate with workshop colleagues to provide parts for repair jobs.
* Sell parts to customers and arrange delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience working in parts, ideally in the automotive sector.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service whilst managing customer expectations.
* Interest in solving problems by using tried and tested techniques and thinking outside the box.
* Ability to build good working relationships.
* Background in parts, inventory or stock management systems.
