What you will need!
Driver's license essential and own transportCurrent working with children's card essentialHighly developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skillsSound judgement and the capacity to design innovative solutions in a fast paced environmentHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills including sound conflict resolution and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to analyse data, plan and develop strategies to support organisational policy and manage operational risk. Demonstrated procurement and financial management experienceExperience in the management of assets and resources Ability to operate in accordance with legislation and policyProven leadership with people management skillsAbility to drive team moral with a deli every focusAbility to interact with people of diverse cultures. Must be reliable and punctualMust have weekend and night availabilityHigh attention to detail Maintain accurate recordsTravel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions
What You Will Be Doing
Identify and coordinate various operational requirement including those of collaborating agencies and clientsManage the purchasing, financial management and distribution of resourcesProvide, maintain and demobilise resources scalable to size to meet service delivery requirementsCoordinate and resource teams of staff, assets stationary and accountable items to fulfil delivery of multiple relief payments. Work closely with the Chef Financial Officer, Welfare Group Leader and relevant stakeholdersPrepare logistics and provide information and intelligence on daily taskingEstablish and maintain records as appropriate, including resources, financial reporting and executive briefs
