We’re looking for an Accounts Officer to join our Mornington team.
This is a busy, varied role covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, supplier payments, reconciliations, inventory administration, project support, and general office assistance.

What you'll be doing
Accounts Receivable
* Manage customer invoicing accurately and efficiently
* Reconcile incoming payments in Xero
* Follow up outstanding accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
* Manage customer onboarding, credit applications, and account records
* Support month-end billing and reporting processes
Accounts Payable
* Process supplier invoices and manage purchase orders
* Coordinate weekly payment runs and supplier reconciliations
* Maintain supplier records and onboarding documentation
* Assist with project cost tracking and budget support
* Manage international and foreign currency payments
Inventory and Systems Support
* Maintain purchase and inventory records in CORE
* Assist with stock tracking and reporting
* Ensure accurate system data and operational records
* International orders control
Administration and Office Support
* Support day-to-day office operations and administration
* Assist with onboarding documentation and WHS compliance updates
* Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and business accounts
* Provide support to operational teams across the business
* International orders control
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
* Strong working knowledge of Xero
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* A positive, proactive, team-focused attitude
Bonus points if you have experience with:
* CORE inventory or similar inventory systems
* Pencil Pay or similar credit management platforms
* Project budgeting or cost tracking
* Construction, rental, industrial, or service-based industries
* International supplier payments and foreign currency transactions
