Our client is an industry-leading supplier of raw materials and cement-blended products and has been supplying a wide range of industries across Victoria and NSW since 1987.
**About The Opportunity**: 
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality administrative and office support 
- Processing delivery dockets and customer invoices 
- Answering internal and external calls 
- Assisting customer and staff enquiries 
- Processing telephone sales orders
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role 
- Strong computer skills including MS Office 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- A high level of initiative and strong multi-tasking skills
