Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
* Develop and implement strategies to increase property listings and managements
* Identify new business opportunities within the residential property market
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives
* Set and track performance targets and KPIs
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
* Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
* Deliver exceptional client service and professional advice
Partnership & Network Development
* Establish relationships with key industry stakeholders including developers, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals
* Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and community activities
Marketing & Brand Positioning
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
* Contribute ideas for brand positioning, promotions, and digital presence
* Support initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation in the marketplace
Reporting & Performance Management
* Monitor business development activity and revenue growth
* Track key performance metrics and AAMI targets
* Provide regular performance reports for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reviews
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
* Current driver's licence and real estate experience preferred
* Real Estate Representative License required
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
