An equipment service provider and hi-tech product designer, they enjoy a rich history with a list of global clients and provide a myriad of services and engineering support to critical businesses.
They are currently seeking a part time Accounts Payable Officer (3 days per week 6 hours per day) to join their small team in the northern suburbs.
The Position
Reporting to the Senior Bookkeeper your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely payments made
- Maintenance of the Payments section of the Daily cashflow spreadsheet
- Ensure Supplier Credit Applications are completed
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Monitoring of emails
- Assist with month end closing
- Communicate with suppliers via phone, email or personally

- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with personnel at all levels
- Accountable, responsible, takes ownership
