The opportunity
We are currently seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate site activities on a project. In this role you will assist the Project Manager and site team manage construction site activities.
As our newest team member, you'll be responsible for spearheading a variety of activities that will ensure the success of our construction projects.
You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
* Scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure everything runs efficiently.
* Working closely with subcontractors during the planning, construction, and completion phases of our projects, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
* Taking control of project documentation, making sure everything is organised and up-to-date
* Using your expertise to contribute to technical detailing and problem solving, making sure every challenge is met with confidence and skill.
* Monitor technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site to ensure the highest standards are met every time.
* Assisting in the coordination and management of trades, working closely with other members of the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
About you
You will have previous experience in a site-based role and an understanding of the principle of engineering, construction and architecture. Other requirements are:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction or Project Management or equivalent trade experience
* Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
* Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
