WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
* This Territory Manager role will be responsible for sales of healthcare products within Melbourne.
* You will be calling on Allied Health professionals within private practice as well as public & private hospitals.
* The position requires planning, organising and implementing selling activities in line with the sales plan for the business.
* The role is responsible for monitoring competitor activity and market trends, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions based on factual information.
* You will be need to achieve annual and quarterly sales objectives using professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives.
* You will ensure that customers and patients' needs are met and will provide expert product knowledge to customers, to ensure correct use of the product portfolio.
* You will ensure development of new business strategies and opportunities to achieve profit targets.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
* University or other tertiary qualifications preferred in Health Sciences or related studies.
* Preferred related industry experience: Minimum 3 years selling experience in medical consumables and/or medical devices with an understanding of physiology and anatomy.
* Intermediate computer skills (including Word and Excel).
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written English and full Australian working rights.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and be extremely organised.
* Ability to provide constructive feedback on relevant issues to be resolved and suggest possible solutions.
