The Position
Team Leadership and hands-on execution of our specialised mine site cleaning services and residential cleaning.
Delivering consistent operational cleaning performance with strong people management skills.
Driving regular and sustainable improvements in safety performance across all aspects of the role.
Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships at all levels.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Systems is required; experience with SAMS is preferred.
Driving continuous improvement opportunities and collaborating with Project Managers to develop teams in operational excellence and achieve KPIs.
The Person
Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning supervisory roles is essential.
Experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.
Strong and decisive leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and be hands-on when needed.
Experience in managing cleaning projects with competing priorities; highly organized.
Manual driver's license and a current Police Check are required.
