Drive Growth as a Demand Generation Leader
The ideal candidate will spearhead demand generation efforts, fostering sales momentum and driving revenue growth for our new product in the renewables space.
Main Responsibilities:
* Digital marketing & social strategy to build a robust sales funnel
* Develop a results-driven approach to convert demand into revenue
* Strategic leadership to build a high-performing sales engine
To succeed in this role, you should have 4–8+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or B2B/B2C sales, with a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns and turning leads into signed deals.
Measuring Success:
* A scalable paid & organic engine delivering consistent MQLs/SQLs at target CAC
* Websitelanding pages converting with clear uplift (CRO wins documented)
* A healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts; closed-won revenue from both digital and field/partner channels
* Established case studies and a growing installer/distributor network
