CCI Services has been on a significant expansion nationally over the past 3 years, with further substantial activities underway. Our head office in Adelaide, which supports team members across the country to deliver member development and support all states and territories, and is complimented by our network of quality and recognised FMCG suppliers.

The Role

The Sales Support Coordinator is a diverse and energetic role, and an important factor in CCI's operational success. The SSC provides support to the sales (Member Relationship Managers) and procurement operations, through the execution of support tasks that enable frontline sales and procurement leads to focus on priority tasks and ultimately support CCI members (customers). The SSC must consistently uphold and reflect the values and purpose of the organisation.

The SSC is responsible for assisting the Member Relationship Managers (MRM) in developing the CCI member base and category usage. This involves coordination with suppliers, pricing analysis, development of member presentation documents, supplier contract information management, conference participation coordination, and members communications.

The SSC assists the procurement function through the delivery of reports on supplier performance, assisting with research, database management and the collation and updating of supplier credentials.

Essential Criteria

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar support role
* Highly organised and experienced in administrative skills
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, present and influence effectively and compassionately with members and suppliers
* High attention to detail
* A personal commitment to work within and contribute to the purpose and values of CCI
* Strong active listening skills with the ability to interpret and translate member and supplier needs
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and achieve win-win outcomes
* Pro-active and self motivated and able to work autonomously
* Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
* Strong proficiency in use of a CRM, social media platforms, Canva, WordPress, adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Holding a valid driver's licence and a reliable motor vehicle
* Satisfactory attainment and maintenance of a relevant criminal records check, as required

Desired Criteria

* Previous experience with procurement
* A motivating connection to the not-for-profit sector
* Experience in conference and events management
* Experience in leading or coordinating marketing activities
* Relevant experience working in, or an understanding of the aged care, childcare, healthcare and/or disability organisations
* Formal qualifications in business, or marketing or study towards the same/similar.
