Provide support to the Principal Registrar in managing and leading a team in the coordination and achievement of activities to support registry processes that includes case management and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight- flexible options available.


Duties

* Supervise and coordinate the registry team to support the achievement of activities for the Tribunal.
* Undertake case management and Alternative Dispute Resolution activities as directed by the Principal Registrar.
* Continually monitor and review processes and systems within the Registry and develop policies and procedures in support of implementation.
* Coordinating auditing and quality assurance process of data recording, IT systems and reporting systems.
* Provide support to the Principal Registrar in managing projects relevant to Output initiatives.
* Undertake any additional duties within the expected range of work of the position.
* Experience in a legal environment or tribunal setting.

* Pre-employment (National Police Record) checks for:Arson and fire setting, violent crimes and crimes against the person,sex-related offences,drug and alcohol related offences,crimes involving dishonesty, deception and/or conspiracy, making false declarations,malicious damage and destruction to property,serious traffic offences,crimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and Justice, Executive or the Legislative Power.
* Disciplinary action in previous employment.
