Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Other day-to-day responsibilities include presenting the company's tailored services, responding to inquiries, effectively managing accounts, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve set targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint.
* Ability to efficiently manage client accounts and handle Account Management responsibilities to foster long-term business relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
* Proficient with CRM software and other tools relevant to sales and client management.
* Previous experience in sales roles, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses, is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
