Your new role Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for: Designing, building and delivering complex network security infrastructure. Developing and maintaining network documentation. Undertaking research and development duties. Collaborating with other members of the Network & Security team. Troubleshooting network issues and performing root cause analysis. Participating in project planning and implementation for network security upgrades and migrations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive experience in the design, configuration and deployment of multi-site networks. Strong knowledge and experience with switching, routing, VRF, VLANs, subnetting and IP schema design (CCNP level). Proven experience with Cisco and Palo Alto. Sound knowledge of network security hardening techniques. Understanding of network integration with hypervisors and Fibre Channel storage. A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as CCNP, PCNSA, PCNSE and ITIL Foundation certifications are highly desirable. A minimum of NV1 security clearance and the ability to obtain NV2 security clearance is mandatory.
