About the Role
You will join our Property Management/Leasing team, gaining hands-on experience across the full leasing lifecycle, where no two days are the same. Late model car provided with role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend open homes and private inspections
* Manage phone and email enquiries
* Oversee and support tenant selection
* Conduct tenant follow-up via phone and email
* Assist with property advertisements and video preparation
* Handle general administration duties
To Be Successful, You Will:
* Be available to work Saturdays
* Have a genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to learn
* Possess strong organisational and computer skills
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
* Be career-driven and committed to personal and professional growth
* Hold a current driver’s licence
* Present professionally in line with our corporate standard
