We foster a positive and inclusive environment with ongoing support using team-based working environments.About the role;Key responsibilities include:A passion for helping and caring for others.Interacting with clients in a friendly, helpful, and positive mannerEnsure all cleaning requirements are met each shift, performing routine cleaning tasks in clients' homes such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, handling laundry, and changing bed linens. Our goal is to provide at least three to four domestic assistance services daily, encompassing general cleaning tasks, as our clients rely on clean and organised homes to maintain their independence.Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimise the risk of infection transmission.Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Requirements for the role;NDIS Worker Screening CheckBlue Card (Working with Children)First Aid and CPR CertificateOpen Queensland Driver's License and Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance.Driver Authority Card (desired prior but can apply upon starting)Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalentNDIS certificates - Orientation and Safe and Enjoyable mealsMedical Health Assessment (part of driver authority application)AFP Police CheckIf successful we will assist you in establishing your eligibility and acquiring the above necessary qualifications and certifications if you don't have them.Conditions do apply regarding pay level and qualification.This is your chance to kick-start your career, join us, and make a difference in your community.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchOur primary focus.
