As a Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customers & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
About You:
* Have a minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
* Experience in managing a team of 2 or more.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Driven to achieve performance-based goals.
* Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team.
* Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
* Have an interest in fashion and trends.
* Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
* Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
