Sales Leadership Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive sales performance, increase market share, and ensure sales objectives align with our business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability throughout their assigned territory.
* Achieve sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Manage asset management goals, including turnover, aging, and protecting company assets.
* Provide guidance on forecasting the right inventory mix to achieve sales and market share goals.
* Develop and sell standard machine specifications and FABs.
* Motivate and develop a successful sales workforce focused on long-term success.
* Analyse future opportunities and competitive pressures.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment, training, development, and management of direct reports.
* Negotiate sales contracts with customers.
* Establish and maintain good public relations with communities, civic, political, and industry personnel.
* Attend industry events and promote all divisions of our organisation.
* Travel extensively throughout our operating locations (minimum 100 days per year).
Qualifications and Requirements
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven.
* Able to work independently within a large organisation.
* Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a related industry, accompanied by 5 years in management or business operations.
* A degree or diploma with a business focus is an asset but not mandatory.
* A solid understanding of business planning, financial management, and achieving goals.
