Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations & Partnerships, you’ll lead the execution of weekly and monthly trade meetings, build out internal reporting systems, and drive data-led decision making across the marketing and commercial ecosystem.You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment between performance, planning, and execution, translating data into actionable insights and championing process excellence across marketing and commercial teams. The role also manages a direct report who supports campaign planning and coordination through Monday.com.Key ResponsibilitiesLead weekly and monthly trade forums to ensure focused, performance-led conversationsOwn quarterly reporting rhythms and updates to senior leadershipAnalyse campaign performance, identifying what’s working and where to optimiseBuild out offer tracking and internal marketing performance dashboardsAct as the go-to person for campaign operational performanceSupport and mentor a Planning Coordinator to streamline planning and campaign flowsPartner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, data, operations and product teamsIdeal CandidateExperienced in marketing, loyalty, or campaign operations within aretail or complex matrixed environmentStrong commercial mindset with a solid grasp oftrade reporting, product performance, and omnichannel planningAble to interpret campaign and promotional impacts, such as halo effects or incremental ROIOrganised, structured and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settingsConfident working across multiple stakeholders and functions, including marketing, finance, and dataComfortable driving alignment and rigour through planning tools like Monday.comIf this role is of interest then APPLY NOW or reach out to Nicole Cooke on 0483 953 976 for a chat and further information.Six Degrees Executive acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live.
