Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage professional to join our team as a member of the Binchotan Bar & Grille. As a key player in our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests through warm, personal, and detailed service in a luxury, upscale environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests.
* Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents, and preparation methods.
* Distribution and delivery of guest's food orders out onto the service floor and serving them at their tables to the correct guest.
* Assist servers in proper garnishing of all menu items ordered.
* Maintain cleanliness of all chinaware and monitor quality and consistency of all menu items being served.
Requirements:
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
* Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
* Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
* Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Detailed and service-oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.
