Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist
We seek a seasoned IT professional to provide high-level technical support for complex enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Windows and Linux workstation management, application troubleshooting, and system incident resolution.
* Active Directory Administration
* DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
* Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2019
* Application Troubleshooting including Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
* Linux Operating System
* Understanding of Service Now or other ticketing processes
* ITIL v3 or higher
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role. Certification Requirement: IAT II.
