The key responsibilities of the AO3 level Administration Officer in a Child Safety Service Centre are as follows:
- Follow guidelines in relation to human resources, records management, finance, travel and administrative policies and procedures. Follow guidelines in relation to maintaining vehicle, building and equipment in line with departmental procedures and policies to facilitate the effective functioning of the service centre. Administer financial processes including procurement, ordering, payments of accounts, petty cash, Carepay and monthly monitoring and reconciliation in accordance with current legislative and departmental accounting practices. Administer HR processes in accordance with current legislation and departmental policies
Reporting relationships and delegations
- This role reports to the Business Officer in the Child Safety Service Centre and has no direct reports or delegations.
