We are interviewing Experienced and New Graduate Speech Pathologists with a passion for supporting older adults and people living with disabilities to join our small and highly experienced Speech team on the Central Coast
We can support flexible working arrangements and can offer part‑time and full‑time positions
Our mission is to support, enable and empower our clients to live enriched and meaningful lives
We are the largest community allied health team in the region with over 140 OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Allied Health Assistants & Healthcare Administrators providing care for adults and people living with disabilities across the Hunter New England and Central Coast Local Health Districts

Responsibilities (HOW we build healthier communities)
* Provision of comprehensive assessments of people with communication and swallowing disorders
* Partaking in regular team meetings and collaborating with other Speech Pathologists and Dietitians
* Provision of evidence‑based interventions in different community settings
* Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer‑directed
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Work closely with a large multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Allied Health Assistants

We ensure that we understand your scope of practice and clinical areas of interest. This allows referrals to be allocated depending on your scope of practice
We support you to develop new areas of practice and further increase your skills in your main clinical area of interest
