Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers (Physical Education, Science & Mathematics) to join our team. Positions are available across all year levels (Years 7-12) and all subject areas. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
* Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
* Uphold the values of Respect, Resilience, and Healthy Relationships in all interactions with students, staff, and the community.
Essential Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education.
* Registration or eligibility for registration with the Northern Territory Teacher Registration Board.
* Ochre Card
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment practices for secondary education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to the ethos and values of Catholic education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the school community.
* Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
