Lead NBN Project Coordinator
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll bridge the gap between technical field delivery and project outcomes. Ensure every box is ticked for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Crew Leadership & Supervision: Coordinate and support field teams delivering complex electrical and telecommunications infrastructure work on NBN projects.
* Project & Resource Management: Manage daily activities, priorities, and resources to meet schedule, cost, and safety targets.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, safety procedures, and contractual specifications.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records and progress reports within internal systems.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications (NBN experience is essential)
* Proven track record managing contractors and delivering complex or remediation works
* Strong planning, communication, and time-management skills
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Police check and medical to be completed prior to start
* Full working rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications:
* NBN-enabled qualifications or tickets
* Experience working within Unify Simplex or Complex environments
* Knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality compliance frameworks
