Yachties is looking for an experienced senior kitchen staff member who knows how to run a tight, well-organised kitchen and take ownership of the food side of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys early starts, consistency, and working in a close-knit team. You'll play a key role in keeping service smooth, leading a small crew, and introducing lunchtime sandwiches and savoury food to complement our donuts and sweet offerings.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
* Leading and coordinating a small kitchen team
* Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Managing prep, stock control, and service flow
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
* Assisting with the introduction of sandwiches and savoury lunch items
* Implementing and improving kitchen systems and processes
This is a working role — you'll be on the tools and involved in service every day.
