Job Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
* Experience supporting and the overseeing of the payroll function
* Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
* Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across ANZ.
* Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning.
* Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues effectively.
* Prepare HR reports and provide insights for decision-making purposes.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the business services industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Australia and New Zealand.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
