Job Description:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the night-fill department, ensuring that deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as you will need to work varied hours, including evenings and nights. You will also need to have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and direct leadership experience, as you will be required to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
Additionally, you will need to ensure that Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met. This will involve driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
