We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's future submarine workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing learning content aligned to stream-specific frameworks and outcomes.
* This includes developing blended learning assets such as eLearning modules, assessments, and job aids.
* The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring learner engagement and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
* In addition, the successful candidate will support onboarding, mentoring, and learner support initiatives across all streams.
About You
* You have proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development within vocational, tertiary, or technical environments.
* You have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency-based training, and workplace-integrated learning.
* You can translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content.
* You have experience with VET, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), or higher education standards.
* You are familiar with STEM, engineering, safety, compliance, or workforce transition programs.
* You are proficient in digital learning tools.
