About The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Operations and Project Officer to support the delivery of capital, maintenance, and reactive projects across Council's venues and facilities.
In this role, you'll contribute to project planning, risk management, and financial reconciliation while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.
You'll work closely with internal teams and contractors to help maintain safe, sustainable, and community-focused spaces.
About You
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
Qualifications and experience in project management, with strong knowledge of facility operations
Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
Experience in procurement, tendering, and contract management
